The running of the Nike+ Milton Keynes Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 2 March. Come and join us in what promises to be a fantastic event.

Nike Milton Keynes Half Marathon 2nd March 2008If you're running the Flora London Marathon, this is ideal preparation for the big one. The course is flat, fast and well marshalled to ensure you get any assistance you need.

You'll start on the roads of Milton Keynes and wind through some beautiful scenery, getting plenty of inspiration whatever your race-day goal – fun run, stepping stone to full marathon, personal challenge.

For the first time, you can create a unique record of your Nike+ Milton Keynes Half Marathon.

Before the big day you'll receive your official race ChampionChip. Visit www.mkhalf.co.uk/results to see how it works. Then return on 3 March 08 for your personal race record.

Secure your race ChampionChip to your laces – timing mats placed at the start, finish and every 5K along the course will capture your accurate times.

Race Starts at 10:30am

Price:
£14 club runners, £16 non-club runners

Prizes:
All the following will receive a prize: fastest 3 men and women, fastest 3 men under 40, fastest 2 men under 50, fastest man under 60, fastest 2 women under 35, fastest woman under 45.
Every runner that completes the course will receive a race memento.

Location:
Milton Keynes is conveniently located 1 hour from London by train and just off Junction 14 of the M1, 40 minutes from the M25 and Birmingham. The Nike+ Milton Keynes Half Marathon will be hosted on the Open University grounds, just 5 minutes from the M1 and with plenty of parking.
