The race will start and finish outside Milton Keynes Xscape centre less than a 10 minute drive from the M1 motorway.

By Rail
Please travel to Milton Keynes Central station (from London trains leave from Euston on the Birmingham line). The start / finish area is a mile walk from the station and will be clearly signposted. For more rail travel information consult, for example, http://www.nationalrail.co.uk.
By Taxi
Taxis can be found outside the MK Central Station.
By Road
From the M1... Leave M1 at Junction 14 and take the A509 towards Central Milton Keynes. At the first roundabout take the second exit H6 Childs Way. Stay on this road over the next 5 roundabouts (the Xscape building is now on your right), at the 6th roundabout (South Secklow roundabout) turn right. At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Avebury Boulevard, Xscape is now on your right.
From the A5... Leave the A5 at the exit towards Milton Keynes Central (A509) and take the third exit on the roundabout, signposted A509. Cross 3 roundabouts, and at the fourth, take the third exit onto Secklow Gate. Take the next left at Silbury Boulevard. Take the next left at North 13th Street. Turn right onto Marlborough Gate. Xscape is now on your left.
Please allow enough time for your journey. We suggest that you arrive at least an hour before the event.

Parking
There are numerous multi story and open car parks very close to the Xscape Centre. Please park in any of them and make you way over to Xscape.
Information
There will be an information marquee in the start / finish area.
Baggage
We will have a secure baggage area for 2010. However, if you have travelled by car, it is always safer to leave your bags and valuables in your car boot.
Changing
There are no changing facilities so please arrive in your kit.
Course
The course is flat and is run on the roads and bicycle paths that dissect MK (all tarmacadam). The course is a one-lap course. There will be mile markers at each mile.
Water
Water will be available three times on the course and at the finish.
First Aid
Medical support will be present on the course and at the finish. You should be relatively fit and have no known medical conditions. Please note – do not run with a cold or flu. This can be extremely dangerous.

The Official Nike race t-shirt will be available to buy on the day or for purchase prior to the event see details on entry page.
Timing & Results
You’ll be sent a ChampionChip timing chip with your race pack a month before the event. Please ensure that your chip is tied securely to your shoe laces. We will also have a race clock at the finish line. Results will appear on the website later on race day.
Not Running?
If you are not running, we will require you to return your race chip in an envelope that will be provided in your race pack. Failure to do so will result in us charging you £10 as this is what we'll be charged for lost chips by ChampionChip.

Available in the Xscape centre.

Cancellations
We regret that once entry applications have been processed we cannot refund any entry fees to runners who do not eventually take part. In the event of the race being cancelled owing to forces outside the organisers’ control, we also regret that no entry fees can be refunded after entries have been processed.
